Payment

K-Lab-Beauty accepts payment with Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay, ApplePay, and GooglePay. The payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is dispatched. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner, including VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold-out or discontinued items.

Right of withdrawal

There is a full 14-day right of return on goods purchased in our webshop.

The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.

Return costs are your own responsibility.

Cancellations must be reported to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after the cancellation. The notice must be sent by mail to info@k-lab-beauty.dk. In the message, you must make it clear that you wish to use your right of withdrawal.

You cannot regret it by simply refusing to receive the item without also giving clear notice of this.

Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal

The following product types are not included in the right of withdrawal:

- Items with a broken seal. For health and hygiene reasons, goods with a broken seal after delivery cannot be returned.

The term "sealed" also refers to a special packaging that protects the goods and guarantees that they have not been opened.
