Q: Do I have to pay customs duties?
If you live in an EU country, you don't have to pay customs, except for some of the countries/islands on the list.

Norway is not a member of the EU . The price does not include customs or tariffs. Please remember that once your package has entered your country's postal system, we have no control over any detentions or fees imposed by customs. We are not responsible for paying customs duties. The customer is responsible.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping takes 3-7 business days.
Q : Do you offer free shipping? (International)
Free shipping only applies in Denmark.
RETURNS, CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
As soon as your order has been accepted, we will immediately begin processing to get it to you as quickly as possible. If you have not received a shipping confirmation, it is still possible to change or cancel your order. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with the subject line "Changes in order" or "Cancellation" and your full name and order number. However, if you have already received a shipping confirmation, we are sorry to say that we cannot make changes to orders that have already been placed.
Q: What is your return policy?
Return costs are your own responsibility.
Cancellations must be reported to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after the cancellation. The notification must be given per mail at email@example.com.
Q: What should I do if my order has arrived damaged?
Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, full name and a photo of the damaged item, and we will be happy to help you!
