Refund policy

Return

You must send your order back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of cancellation. You must bear the direct costs in connection with the return. When returning, you are responsible for the item being properly packed. You must attach a copy of the order confirmation. Shipping will go faster if you also complete and attach our cancellation form.

You are responsible for the item from the time it is delivered until it is returned to us.

We do not receive packages sent via cash on delivery.


Condition of the item upon return

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods that is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and way of functioning of the goods.


If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, it is considered used. Which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt of the return.

 

Refund
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will refund your money.

In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs, will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Refunds are made using the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction. We can hold off on giving you a refund until we get the item back, unless you show us proof that you sent it back before then.

Note: We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery or parcels without delivery.

Unclaimed packages

Packages that are not picked up within 14 days at the customer's desired package shop are automatically returned to K-Lab-Beauty. We may charge a handling fee of DKK 40 for packages that aren't picked up. This is to cover the costs of handling, administration, and packaging.


Right of complaint

There is a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can get the item repaired, exchanged, have the money returned, or have the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product or service. You must advertise in a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect or error. K-Lab-Beauty will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Refund

If it is a refund, please include bank details in the form of a registration number and account number so that the agreed-upon amount can be transferred. This information can be disclosed without risk via email or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.

 

RETURNS, CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

As soon as your order has been accepted, we will immediately begin processing it to get it to you as quickly as possible. If you have not received a shipping confirmation, it is still possible to change or cancel your order. Please send us an email at info@k-lab-beauty.dk as soon as possible with the subject line "Changes in Order" or "Cancellation" and your full name and order number. However, if you have already received a shipping confirmation, we are sorry to say that we cannot make changes to orders that have already been placed.

Q: What is your return policy?

Return costs are your own responsibility.

Cancellations must be reported to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after the cancellation. The notification must be given via email at info@k-lab-beauty.dk.

Q: What should I do if my order is damaged when it arrives?
